Can't display the image in template after adding imagefield in models.py it doesn't show the pic, but shows some small default thumbnail

That usually means the path isn't being found. Are you local or on a server? Check paths, make sure they are correct, make sure the image is where you think it is, and make sure you are using full paths, not local paths.
